Gerbing's Testimonials and Reviews
If I were heading for Alaska in the fall or Death Valley in the
winter ... I would reach for the Gerbing's Jacket Liner and Gloves
first.
Bill Stermer, Rider Magazine
May, 2001, p. 94
Riders with electric vest experience will find the Jacket Liner
a revelation: it pours huge amounts of heat into the rider's arms
and does a great job of keeping it there.
Ken Lee, Rider
April, 1996, p. 87
Now that Catherine and I both have Gerbing's Electric Suits and
socks, we frequently ride our Gold Wing when the temperature is
below freezing. The night is cold, cold, cold -- but we are warm,
warm, warm. And that's the way we like it.
Frank P. Reese, Wing World
November, 1995, p. 89
Gerbing's heated riding suit is warm, and aggressively so. ... They
actually want to hear from you if things are not right, and they're
ready to alter and turn it around quickly. It doesn't get much better
than that.
Don Douglas, BMW Owners News
November, 1994, p. 42
We ended up riding through over 2000 miles of snow and freezing
rain. At the end of each day I was toasty warm and comfortable.
That's right, me--the Queen of Cold.
Cherrie Rau, RR/MC News
October, 1993, p. 32
The Gerbing company has become known for excellent customer service.

The Gerbing thin liner provides cozy warmth without hot spots. ...
It fits so well that it scares me!

Reviews from the "Old" Days
We can report that the Gerbing suit works effectively and comfortably.
We went riding at night along the coastline in what normally is
the bone-chillingest, dampest, and coldest spot to ride that one
can choose in Southern California. Not a bit of discomfort, even
after hours of riding. It was one of the better rides we made.
Touring Bike
January, 1977, p.19
As far as keeping the rider warm and comfortable, the suit is superb.
Hooking the suit up to a bike's electrical system was simple.
Rider
February, 1977, p.88
During the two-week cold weather test, the suit was worn in temperatures
down to eight degrees standing (which figures out to a chill factor
of about -37 degrees riding!). In the process, the suit worked quite
well and provided me with welcome warmth.
