This version is designed to be permanently mounted to your vehicle,
it comes with all required cables and is felxible in it's mounting
locations
It works by pulsing the power to the garment/s at an infinately
variable rate.
It has bright LEDs which flash to give you
an indication of the pulse rate and dial knobs to allow you to adjust
the rate
